The client

Yoplait Australia, owned by Bega, has been a dairy cabinet staple in Australian homes for over 40 years. A pioneer in flavoured yoghurt, the brand produces a wide range of locally made dairy products, from fruit-flavoured and zero-sugar yoghurts to protein-focused options and much-loved kids' ranges like YOP and Petit Miam. Yoplait serves Australian families, busy individuals, and children, and has earned its place in supermarket fridges and family routines alike.

The problem

Despite four decades of brand equity, Yoplait's digital presence hadn't kept pace. Their website was dated and difficult to manage. Every update, promotion, or campaign required going back to their previous developer, creating delays and a dependency that didn't suit a brand moving at the pace of the consumer goods market. They needed to own their digital presence: to update it themselves, run campaigns on their own terms, and present a brand experience worthy of their reputation.

The approach

We started with discovery and market research, gathering the data needed to understand Yoplait's audience, their content needs, and the workflows that would need to be supported behind the scenes. That groundwork shaped everything that followed.

The solution

The solution was a fully redesigned WordPress website built around two clear goals: a smooth, intuitive experience for Yoplait's yoghurt-loving audience, and an easy-to-use management portal that put the Yoplait team in control. Custom publishing roles and approval processes meant the right people could update the right content, without bottlenecks, without developer dependency, and without the risk of anything going live before it was ready.


We worked closely with Yoplait from design through to deployment, so the new site reflected their brand guidelines with consistency and care. The relationship grew from there, expanding to include new functionality such as recipes, and extending to other Bega-owned brands including Farmers Union Greek Yogurt.
